In this hassle world majority of the people seem to avoid their breakfast, but in fact it is so important that it can not be given up anyway. Breakfast is Anti-Catabolic Meal

When you are sleeping, the body itself gets into Catabolic state. This can lead to the loss of muscle mass as the body has no means to supply nutrients to them.  Therefore, it becomes naturally important to nourish our body with healthy protein just before going to bed and also after waking up with food enriched with carbohydrates and protein. Make sure that you have also carbohydrates for your breakfast. Some recommended carbohydrate meals are Oat,Cornflakes, Idly and Dosai .
